Introductions

Where your business needs legal or accounting advice, we can introduce solicitors and accountants we have worked with. You decide whom to appoint, engage them directly and pay their fees separately.

What is included

A named coordinator for the administrative tasks we agree with you. We track actions and dates supplied or confirmed by you and your professional advisers, follow up outstanding items and flag delays. You receive a monthly written update on progress and what needs your attention.

  • An action list of the agreed tasks, who owns each one and when it is due
  • Following up outstanding items with the providers you appoint, so you are not relaying messages between them
  • We log correspondence you share with us, flag stated deadlines and send it to the person responsible. Your accountant or solicitor handles any response requiring their advice.
  • A monthly written update on progress and what needs your attention

Your directors retain responsibility for company decisions. Our role is limited to the tasks agreed in writing. We do not hold funds for payment to third parties or operate your bank account.
