How we work

  1. A conversation first

You describe what you are trying to build. We ask a lot of questions. You leave that call knowing roughly what is involved and what the sequence looks like. No charge, no obligation.

  2. A written scope

Before work begins, we agree the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and fee in writing. Your quotation identifies any VAT and any third party costs. Work outside the agreed scope requires your approval before it starts.

  3. One named person

You deal with a person, not a department. They know your file, your history and your deadlines.

  4. Delivery, then continuity

An initial project has a defined scope. Ongoing support is agreed separately.

Who does what

  • Capital Orbit Group

Capital Orbit Group provides commercial planning, sales and marketing support, and administrative coordination. We can introduce solicitors and accountants where professional advice is needed. You decide whom to appoint, engage them directly and pay their fees separately.

  • What we do not do

We are not a law firm or an accountancy practice and do not provide legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. We do not form companies, prepare or submit incorporation applications, provide registered offices or act as a director, company secretary or nominee for clients.

  • Your directors

Your directors retain responsibility for company decisions. Our role is limited to the tasks agreed in writing. We do not hold funds for payment to third parties or operate your bank account.

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what you are trying to build in the UK. We will tell you what it takes, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right firm for it.
