Are you a law firm or an accountancy practice?
No. We provide commercial planning, sales and marketing support, and administrative coordination, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. The How we work page explains who does what.
Who gives the professional advice, and who do I pay?
Solicitors and accountants you appoint directly, on their own terms, and pay separately. Their advice is theirs to stand behind. Our part is introducing firms we have worked with where their expertise is needed, and coordinating the administrative tasks we agree with you.
Do you form companies or act as a director?
No. We do not form companies, prepare or submit incorporation applications or provide registered offices, and we do not act as a director, company secretary or nominee for any client.
What does it cost?
Before work begins, we agree the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and fee in writing. Your quotation identifies any VAT and any third party costs. The first conversation costs nothing.
How long does it take?
We agree a timetable for our work after understanding the scope and what we need from you. Any decisions or work by third party providers follow their own processes and timescales.
